My name is Mike Whiffin from Colchester (Englands oldest recorded town) in Essex.
I am 43 and am currently an IT field engineer a post that I have held for just over 3 years. Prior to this I served in HM Armed Forces within the infantry for 23 years where I attained the rank of Colour Sergeant. My hobbies are:

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run SETI@home as I am convinced that there is more in this Universe than Earth and I want to be here when proof is found of other civilisations.
This is a great project I just wish I had more computing power to spare.
