My Name is: Paulo Eduardo, Aka: Lord Paulus Cobris
Im From Portugal, to be more exact Sintra. I have born on 28-07-1980.
Im an hardware & Software Tech., on my hobbies i do many things: Play Games, Check the Internet, See Some stars (im an amator astronomer), go to the cinema, see some paranormal cases, etc...
I really like to see and learn things that are unexplained... now im starting to try the OBE (Outher Body Experience) also known as Astral Projection.
The basics of this is: To leave the body and with your "soul", interact with another dimension or even on our dimension... is very cool.. and everyone can do it... is not need to be a medium or some kind of psychic to do it...

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1- I think extraterrestrial do exists, and there are many civilizations out there... the latest discoveries say that could be millions of "earth´s" out there, just on our galaxy... i believe that life could developed on those planets... I believe that humans will find life (at least micro-organic) in 20 years on mars. And find proof of civilizations in 100 years... contact will be made in 250 to 500 years. The benefits of that will be enormous... i will understand that we are not alone and earth is a grain of sand on this huge desert that is the universe. the danger is not understanding this discovery...
2- Humans have allready send a beacon... on a small ship... i believe that the information that we should put there is: Our location on the galaxy, our base composition (carbon Based), and our inteligence, on some mathematical terms. Because Math is the only universal language....
3- I run SETI@HOME because i believe that i could make some diference, and because i believe that we will find the radio transmition that will tell us that some alien civilization is looking for some new neibors. My view of this project is very simple, is a very well done ideia, and is a great concept, use many computers to make a super computer!!!. My sugestion to all the seti project is to keep up the good work and make all this time and efford worth... and more and more people unites and contribute on this cause... |
