| I'm a Graphic Designer. I live in the US. I want to live in Canada. My hobbies include everything. I collect postcards, shot glasses, anything having to do with or from Canada. I love country music and astronomy... and I guess that's about it. Oh and I like to think of myself as a writer though nothing of mine has ever been published ... except a poem I wrote a very long time ago. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I do think extraterrestrial life exists. I think the ET life will actually "discover" or more likily, return to us as I already believe they've been here thousands of years ago. I'm hoping that the benefits of they're return will be, they'll teach us the errors of our way.
Humans should transmit a beacon for others to find, what exactly it says I'm not quite sure. Don't we already transmit a beacon with just our television and radio transmittions? I think we've said enough if that's true.
I run SETI@home because I want to help in the search. It's not just fish floating around my computer screen when I'm not using it. I'm actually working/helping on something. |
