I've been working in the "Web world" since 1995 when I first started designing sites.
Since then I've done as much learning as work and started London-based Egovision Limited with others at the beginning of 2000.
I now work full-time as senior designer/developer at Perception Internet in Shenfield Essex, our collaboration with Perception Advertisiing and Perception Media amongst others in the Perception Group allows us to provide a truly holistic service encompassing the full scope of new media, old media and broadcast media, developing co-ordinated strategies and solutions for promotion of any size of organisation.
I am also collaborating with a few think tanks and developer groups on various open-source Web based projects which I'm sure you'll hear more of in the future.
My skill set is quite broad as I come from a design-based background but have taken to the "nuts and bolts" side of Web design in more recent years, specialising in Object-oriented PHP with MySQL for all my server-side needs as well as gaining skills in TCP networking, hardware support, server administration, Flash animation, Javascript, CSS and I recently started learning XML nad htc browser behaviours.
