Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. Yes that must be. I do not know when will humans discover it. There are a lot of ways in which such a discovery can bring some benefits as well as dangers - that depends on the evolution of that life.
2. Yes, but dont know what information.
3. Seti@Home is really a great project. It gives one a chance to take part in some science research. And it is a nice form of competition, too.
