| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I do not think that et life exists. I run SETI@home mostly because I enjoy the concept of being part of such a powerful co-operative 'computer'. I also enjoy the sense of competition in trying to out-do others' work unit achievements. And *if* there is et life, I'd like to be the one that found the first signal! |
