Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1.
I do indeed believe that extraterrestrial life exists.
I think the benifits and dangers are well documented in various sci-fi scenarios.
I hope such a discovery would lead man-kind to unite and work together instead of waring and exploiting eachother.
2.
A beacon would be a good idea. The information sent should reflect how intelligent we are.

I run it to do my piece.
