Personal background
Personal Profile: I'd say 'quirky' but my opinion is somewhat biased. Obssessive and bitchy. I tend to rant, but not in a coherent way. I like to pretend I can write decently but am often reminded how that's not the case. I like to pretend I can draw decently but am also quite often shown how so many people are such amazingly talented gods. As such, I tend to be slightly bitter. I loathe my present educational situation and am terrified of what the future holds.

I've been looking for the right path for years and only discovered a few years ago about pagan religions. I got scared and ran off. Took me another few years to realize that wicca wasn't at all what I'd originally thought. I've been an eclectic for about a year now, though I never got the hang of the 'wiccan slang'. ^_^

In any case, I've had a bit of a weird experience meeting with other wiccans in my area which involved a whole coven-gone-wrong fiasco, but it's always very interesting to share knowledge and stories with fellow pagans. If anyone wants to chat or email, or, god forbid, meet, I'll be delighted.

Personal Likes: things that are cuddly, happy dreams where no guts are spilled, people who arrive on time, getting my paycheck, being right when a teacher is wrong, wasting absolutely too much time on the computer, kicking someone's ass during karate, sappy movies, sappy books, getting email, receiving letters, the smell of a new car, the smell of an old book, passionfruit, chicken vindaloo, yes, Red Dwarf, Squaresoft (whatever you say, Simon), and yaoi., Incidentally, I also very much enjoy my time alone & being outside... Although, not when it's -40 out. Thank you, Canada.

Personal Dislikes: ... Whatever else is not on the previous list. Mostly : people that snob me, cigarette smell, being sick, Britney/Christina/Bboys/N'sync..... blah blah blah. There're some things you just don't want to put down into words..... Celine Dion.

Occupation: It's heart-wrenching, but I'm -still- in college.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I'm your average sci-fi freak hoping that, by god, there has to be someone smarter than us out there.

Otherwise, we're pretty much doomed... So, any help we can get, we should look high and low to reach.
