Personal background
I was born March 27, 1954. I studied biology and music in high school, but when I got a music scholarship, I went into music education instead of what I really wanted to do. (be an ichthyologist). I was disenchanted with the thought of being a music teacher, so went to work in electronics.

I joined the Air Force to get the GI so I could finish school in electrical engineering. Worked in the computer room, and as a programmer at a stock brokerage on weekends.

Went to school in electrical engineering, but never finished (my biggest regret) - to many pressures with raising a family.

Was a business programmer, then drove truck long haul for 20 years, over 3 million miles. Had a 6 bedroom house on 2 acres, big garden in Utah, then moved to 2 acres in Arkansas. When I could no longer drive because all those years of driving and unloading the truck ruined my back and knees, I had to sell my place in Arkansas because no jobs in that area.

So now I am in God forsaken Reno Nevada, working while studying to be a medical transcriptionist.

So I am very much interested and involved in gardening, alternative energy, plant propagation, aquaculture, microprocessor controlled data collection and analysis, and hope to return back to the deep woods of Arkansas next year and resume my life as a hermit and social misfit.
