I personally do not believe that Intellegent (if that is indeed what we are)ET life will be found within our Galaxy using radio telescopes. We have only been around for a few hundred thousand years and only a 100 or so of those years have we used radio prolificly. Radio is probably just a small blip in the technology of man in the long run and we will look back a few thousand years from now, quaintly on the cute little humans that comunicated with radio waves. However, if you dont look you surely will never find them. For that reason I am behind all of the SETI projects and hope that I am wrong in my humble speculation.
