I am sure that there are civilizations out there that someday we will make contact with.
I believe that this project is one of the most important research items that I could be associated with.
I think that the part of the radio spectrum that should be studied mostly is in the MF range. The reason is that this part of the spectrum has been in use longer by man than any other part, and is still being used today. |
