1) Yes I think extraterrestrial life exists. Although it is possible, however unlikely to find signs of extraterrestrial life, we should al add some of our efforts to try and find this life.
Knowing that we are not alone in the universe would be great.
2) Just send a sign that show that humas are intellegent beiings, and where we can be found in space.
