Personal background
I'm a 21 year old Computer Science / Computer Engineering Technology student from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I have a passion for all aspects of computing technology. From the intergrated IC's in your refridgerator to today's high performance CPU's, computing technology is my passion.

When not learning technology, I run my own successful IT services business that provides reliable, timely support for small & medium-sized businesses that do not have dedicated IT staff.

On the side, I enjoy overclocking computer systems, designing & building systems, reading, going to the movies and listening to music.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Running SETI@Home on my computer systems is my way of giving back to the scientific community that has provided my generation with the latest technologies and scientific breakthroughs.

Along with the scientific merits of SETI@Home, I take a certain pride in being a member of one of the top 15 SETI@Home teams on Earth: Overclockers.com. This is a team of tight-knit, highly-dedicated individuals that push their systems to the absolute maximum performance and race eachother in friendly rivalries to see who can finish the highest number of SETI@Home work units.

It is the challenge of pushing hardware and the camaraderie of the Overclockers.com team that makes running SETI@Home very appealing.
