Software development for the past 16 years for embedded real-time systems for aircraft. Just thought I add a few more processing cycles to this grand machine. I'm running a Dell 300MHz Prentium II with 128 Mb of RAM. The system runs continuously and I haven't seen any significant ipact on what I do with my home computer.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I believe extraterrestrial life exists.
2. No beacons should be sent other than what we send out naturally.
3. Hope we find something.
