Personal background

Way back in 1977, i tired of England and found my way to Sweden. Land of blonde Nordic ladies and elks. I realised soon that the elks were more interesting, so decided to stay. Being a computor freak from a very early age, i soon became employed as a truck driver, delivering bread to shops catering for the elks in the forests. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing an elk make toast whilst the kiddies roam around getting shot by the locals.

I soon advanced my employment status and after taking more computor exams, started driving trucks with trailers. Now i could deliver flag-poles and large kitchen sinks to these delightfull creatures. But as fate would have it, i strained my back one day whilst lifting sugar bags and yeast for the native hootch merchants. Oh how i miss those days, where breakfast in the jungles consisted of a large cup of 45% and a slice of toast with cheese for the vitamins.

These days i just sit around looking at pictures of how my liver should look and reflect on why did i get tired of England. That green and pleasant land where booze is cheap and the girls dont look like elks.

Then i found SETI !
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home

I do truly belive that life exists outside of our own spectrum. I have no proof personally of course, but i just cant accept that we are alone in this massive universe. I have no experience whatsoever of this project and have just started. My computor is on line 24/7, so why not participate in something that might help give some answers to an age old question.

I tremble at the thought of trying to work out the size of our skies and wonder like most people:

How big is it?

Does it ever end?

What do they look like?

Once i start getting used to the terms and scientific expressions, maybe i will have something more to contribute, but untill then, i shall try to observe others and learn learn learn.
