My name is Raul Nebot, I am fond of Scientific and feel greater interest in paleontology, zoology and astronomy; I spent a lot of time and effort to science both in my blog and in other media.
I am a full member of National Geographic Society, the World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF), the Society of Friends of the Sierra de Espadán, EDC Natura - Fundación Omacha and several groups associated distributed computing portal Space Probes among others.
I am committed to the preservation and study of the Flora and Fauna of the Natural Park of the Sierra of Espadán.

Mi nombre es Raúl Nebot, soy aficionado a la Ciencia y siento mayor interés por la PaleontologÃa, la ZoologÃa y la AstronomÃa; dediqué mucho tiempo y esfuerzo a la divulgación cientÃfica tanto en mi Blog como en otros medios.
Soy miembro de pleno derecho de National Geographic Society, el Fondo Mundial para la Naturaleza (WWF), la Sociedad de Amigos de la Sierra de Espadán, EDC Natura - Fundación Omacha y varios Grupos de computación distribuida asociados al portal Sondas Espaciales entre otros.

I'm participated in several research and conservation projects, and contribute to the popularization of science.
SETI@home I met through a magazine article published in popular scientific field and decided to actively participate because I found an interesting project and one of the smartest ways to use the Internet. It's always good to listen to those around us, even when it is possible that we are alone.
Use the classic screensaver project for years. Now, with new computers, contributed to this and other projects with pleasure.

Participo en varios proyectos de investigación y conservación, además de contribuir a la divulgación cientÃfica.
Conocà SETI@home a través del artÃculo publicado en una revista cientÃfica de ámbito popular y decidà participar activamente puesto que me pareció una interesante idea y una de las formas más inteligentes de utilizar Internet. Siempre es bueno escuchar a quienes nos rodean, incluso cuando cabe la posibilidad de que estemos solos.
Utilicé el salvapantallas clásico del proyecto durante años. Actualmente, con nuevos ordenadores, contribuyo a este y otros proyectos con mucho gusto. |
