Yes I think there is exraterrestrial life out there , and some kind of contact will take place in the near future
The benefits are a sharing of ideas.and the danger is that we will treat them like we do others of our own kind ie. badly
I run SETI with the hope that I may be of help in the search, and I think you are doing a great job, and that SETI @ home is getting
better all the time .
