Profile: Matt Fuller

Personal background
No, that's not my real name, just the name I use on the web. You can call me Matt if you don't like StreakyBacon. I'm 19, a student and UCI, and figured I could put both of the processors on my G4 to work on something more useful than a screensaver when I was away. I've just started doing webdesign (check out my personal website @ http://www.siliconmilk.net or take a look at my work as a webmaster @ http://www.ixfiji.com).
I do all my work on my power mac G4, although I am proficient with Win2K, learning Linux, and love the Unix Command line under MacOS X. And I would just like to say Apache webservers rule, and windoze IIS webservers are a joke, someting only wussies would run (can you say Code Red ?)
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Well I wouldn't be running this unless I thought ET was out there somewhere. Although current technology makes it rather unlikey that we will find ET out there right now, I think it's even less likely that Earth is the only place in the universe with intellegent life.
I'm running seti@home in hopes that I get credit for finding ET ;) (hey, I'm trying to get through college here), I just hope that when we do find some intellegent life out there, it's friendly, and a little less close-minded that most humans
