Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I have always been interested in the thought that we are not alone.Just think of all the diffrent types of life on this planet. There must be hundreds of planets with some sort of life on them all we need is proof, and the best way is to look for signels .Thats why i was interested in doing my bit by using the SETI@HOME task. With computers getting faster and more people getting broadband we can just leave the SETI task running all the time. Should we transmit beacons for others to find? I think we have been doing that ever since the first radio transmission.
