| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. I run SETI as a simple, singular resource contributor to what I think will be the greatest discovery in the human experience.
2. Discovery will occur (I believe the universe is teeming with life, in huge abundance, diversity and stages of development), the new RIO scale is an excellent enhancement.
3. A RIO score could be added to the screensaver display (for the work in process), and available as an ongoing statistical summary for the resource contributor to examine. |
