I think ET life exsists weather it is intellegent is yet to be seen, Isn't that what we are doing here?
Our idaes of Et conjure up images of "The Greys" from the movies and such, however ET could just be a small organisim, not yet developed to our level.
The odds that an organism hasn't developed as us are way to high to not let my spare cycles go to waste, so I help in the hunt.
As far as contacting them, I would say "What's it gonna hurt to try". We could send them a message not unlike the one sent to Jodi Foster in the movie "Contact" were an alphabet and general language skills are taught. Once we have their attention see what's up. |
