As I recall, I started my career in the last millenium as a mathematician. I may have been associated with Streeling University, on Trantor, but I really did not play any important role in the psychohistory project. I believe that I was useful in visualizing some of the hyperdimensional projections, for which Hari generously constructed parametric representations. Probably more to humor me than out of any real use. Things are not always what they seem, though ...
I do belong to the SETI Bassteroid Belt team.

The SETI computations would be more sure, and certainly more fruitful, had the Emperor not been influenced to eliminate the artificial agents who had positioned themselves to make significant contributions in the interest of mankind.
Nonetheless, many of us have been blessed to have stalwart colleagues ... reliable folk who materialize out of thin air, and really make things happen when least expected. But then, I suppose its been that way for several millenia. It gives me faith in the future of the human race.
