| I'm a starving college theater student (like there's any other kind). I do a little of everything, from acting to tech, but my real goal is to be a director. Astronomy is something of a hobby for me, and I'm also an avid writer and reader. I love science fiction, and if you get me started talking about Star Trek, I probably won't shut up. I'm also very involved in current human rights issues, and am fascinated by spirituality and philosophy. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I run this project because even though I have no idea if we will be contacted in my lifetime, or anybody's, if they do, I want to know that I contributed to it. The exploration for life outside of this planet is one of the most important endeavours I think that we must pursue. It will help us to understand what we are and where we came from. Or perhaps it will raise more questions. Either way, it'd be nice to know we're not alone. |
