| My name is Rukh and I am from Sydney, Australia. Rukh is not my real name however but an alias, i got it from a character in the Star Wars novels. Im a big fan owning all the novels up to date in Australia. I am 23 years of age and I work for Telstra as a telecommunications technician. I enjoy sports basically. I dont really have any hobbies but i guess this seti thing is sorta my new interest. I introduced one of my mates to this and since he has access to kick ass computers he is going great guns. Anyway i guess thats it! |

1. Yes. I think we will be discovered(if not already)first. Who seriously thinks we are the most advanced there is? There should be no danger if these creatures find us as this would indicate they are intrinsically curious as are us humans. I think it would only be beneficial.
2. Why not it would make us easier to find. Send all the usual cultural stuff, but, I think we should send our specs, the worlds specs and any other info ( hard facts) we can think of.
3. Because i am the same as everyone else here, i wanna help in the search and i wanna be the one to make the discovery, and it would be great to say to all those non believers..."I told u so". Maybe the site could have some sound to spin out friends and family so they think they are listening to ET. Perhaps a bit more user friendly descriptions of whats going on in the screensaver. |
