I am a 20 years old "boy" from Norway, Molde to be more accurate. I work as a Linuxtechie. As you guess my hobbies are based around computers. Free software mostly. Used to be an Amigauser. My last amiga was a A4000 with 604e@233mhz and 128mb ram.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I belive there is extraterrestrial life somewere. I doubt we will find it in my lifesycklus but I will do my part to find them. Hopefully when/if they are found we can exchange technologies. Lets just not hope they love our little planet so much that they take it for themself :)
2. I dont think we should send anything untill we have found something out there.
3. I run SETI@home to keep my computer busy :) It is a fun project and I hope to be the one finding "it" :)
