Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I believe extraterrestrial life exists. Only when this planet becomes truly united and mankind is capable of assuming his preeminent role in the universe will discovery be achieved. Notwithstanding the foregoing, I believe there is relevant information heretofore untold to us (by governments) that support the fact of extraterrestial life.

Radio waves,electro-magnetic frequency emissions, spatial probes, and EMP bursts as a result of nuclear testing are all out there for any intelligent being to find. Any beacon should contain an embedded mathamatical formula to project the Earth's position relative to location (space/time continuum.)

I run SETI@home because it is an integrated human effort by people of the world united in a common cause. Would pray that all of humanity emulate this type of cooperation and collaboration in all fields of endeavor.
