Hi,
My hobbies include using SETI very often, and computers, which I deeply enjoy, and like participaiting in the SETI at home project.

I do think that extraterrestrial life exists, and it is yet to be found, I think that humans are becoming increasingly closer to discovering aliens, but do believe that it may take a while and to be honest nobody really knows how long it will take. The benefits of discovering an alien race, are that we could aqquire amazing new advanced technology, medicines, and also for culture.
The possible dangers involved could be that they are violent, do not take kindly to humans, or that they might have bad contageous illnesses.
I do think that humans should transmit a beacon, and we should send information about how culture, and infrastructure.
I run Seti At home for the sole purpose that I believe that there is Alien life and I believe with each added contribution we will be able to find it quicker and easier. I think it is a brilliant project and believe that the more people join the faster we will find alien life.
