I'm a student at Austin Peay State University in Clarkville studying Criminal Justice/Homeland Security. My other time is spent with my family with monthly get aways with HHT 1st Squadron, 278th ACR.
I've dreamed of the stars for as long as I can remember. I grew up watching Star Trek, UFO and Space 1999. I'm still living in the stars by writing Star Trek fan fiction.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I think life exists elsewhere. I am dying to know in what form!
2. I think we should listen for a while and see if anyone is there. I would hate to send a message and it be translated as a war whoop!
3. SETI is a worth while effort. Adding thousands of home computers to the system can only speed up the process.
SETI@home and Astropulse are funded by grants from the National Science Foundation, NASA, and donations from SETI@home volunteers. AstroPulse is funded in part by the NSF through grant AST-0307956.
