66 years old - retired. Married for 45 years. Was CEO of small insurance company. Life long interest in astronomy and the universe. If there's a heaven, I would love to spend eternity exploring the universe. Been micro computing since the first TRS-80 from Radio Shack back in 1978. Exciting to help on this project. One can only hope for a positive result at some point.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Of course life exists elsewhere. There can never be a doubt about that. We may never find the means to communicate or visit each other. The distances are prohibitive. But then, if someone had suggested 50 years ago that a project like this would involve several million people world wide- who would have believed them??? Dick Tracy and Buck Rogers - we're here......
