I was 23 years old, living in Minneapolis, MN, and enjoy music and technology.
Early on I was in the Robotech SETI Project, but have since founded Team Macross. please join if you are a fan of Macross, it is open to all.
My computer was as follows:
AMD Duron 650MHz @ 858MHz / Linux 2.4.x: running 24/7, online via dial-up.
Then I was 27 years old, and had upgraded my CPU to an Athlon 1.3GHz.
I would eventually go on to build a new computer with an Athlon X2 7750 BE.
It would be out of commission for 4.5 years before I fix it at the age of 38. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I run SETI@home because as long as my computer is on all the time anyways, I may as well use it to it's full capacity, whether I'm actively using it or not.
And.. I must admit I really like looking at stats, and overclocking to get the most out of hardware. |
