| I am 24 and I am from Dunmore, Pennsylvania. Currently I am working with the U.S. DOD on a peacekeeping mission in Bosnia. I support the IT hardware requirement for the soldiers stationed here on 6-month rotations. At home I also work for the DOD on Air force Surveillance Radar. I enjoy soccer, cars, going to concerts, playing all sorts of computer/console games, and traveling. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I think ET life exists. I also think that we will discover "them" sometime (if we haven't already) I think that we could possibly learn from a more advanced life form and we could possibly progress with the help of some of their advances (if there are any). But, on the flip side of the coin, we could be taken over also... So, I guess some of this topic is up in the air for me. I think we should just send a "universal locator beacon" or something to that effect.. Just so we can be found. I run SETI at home because I think it is a great way to help out a project that has a great idea behind it, without any hassle, plus you get to see your own "results" and progression.. Which I think is cool. :) |
