Profile: Steve Sharp

Personal background

I'm a frustrated wannabe explorer who'd love the chance to be the first to see, find or record something new and exciting. In the mean time I'll applaud those who do.
One thing I have noticed, if you take your camera to your favorite spot, and take a picture every day, it's always different, new and sometimes exciting.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home

A few thoughts for the SETI@home community.

I believe that the human race has a drive to explore, expand and learn. Curiosity is the driving force behind a lot of our actions during our normal daily lives, a select few of us have the opportunity, skill, dedication and drive to push out the bounderies of knowledge and experience the many wonders yet to be discovered.
For myself I would explore just to see new things, places and people, but I know my limitations. So to satisfy my curiosity and to feel a part of the exploring community wherever that exploration may be taking place, I am glad to be able to share my computer time in this project.

You never know what you'll find if you don't look.

Steve.
