Personal background
Hi :)

I am a 20 year old white male living in England UK, and yes it is raining right now! ;) hehe

I have actually just built a new super fast pc, and thought hey i may as well make the most of it and find some aliens whilst doing other things! :)

I like just about all kinds of music, especially Alternative, Drum n Bass, Underground hip-hop, and trance type stuff. I am a big fan of movies and have just started collecting dvd's.

I currently visit USA twice a year to visit my girlfriend whom i met online a year ago. As soon as i met her i knew she was my soulmate, and we have an amazing relationship. I am in the long, hard and EXPENSIVE process of moving there to be with her forever. I'll get there eventually! :)
I think the internet is such a a fantastic way of communicating with people, and that makes the search for 'ET' a whole lot easier :)

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I have always been interested in Aliens and the search for extra-terrestrial life, right form when i was a little kid. I strongly believe there has to be intelligent life in this who massive gigantic HUMUNGOUS universe apart from....US! Surely we cant be the only being to hold a conversation.....how lonely we are then! :)

We really need to be prepared for a conflict when we finally meet another lifeform though. They are bound to be hostile in the ways we contact them. I think they know we are looking for them, and when they think we are ready, they will show us the way. Until then, we can just burn up our cpu's trying to get closer to them! :)

I think this SETI program is fantastic! It really makes you feel like you are individually searching for aliens, and you dont need to be a high profile scientist working in area 51! ;)

Have fun, and keep searching!! :)
