Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1: Yes, there are milions of planets and milions of stars, this can't be the only planet with lifeforms on it.........

Benefits: More technology wich we can share
Dangers: Maybe it sounds strange but when we're discovered earlyer than we discover some other lifeform (I think we are discovered already)they can misuse us at an certan way.

2: No I think not, let us find somebody else first. secondly, were sending much waves into the space already, not only with the radiowaves but also with nuclear bombs and so on. This are Mega transmitters too!!!!

3: Ofcourse I run seti@home to help us (this planet) discover some extraterresterial life. I think it's not taking much time anymore to discover something or being discovered.

I think this is a verry good way of building a mega computer. It doesn't slow my pc down much. Only you are verry hard to find on the internet. (only when I have your name it is easy) Do something about it.

I have something that you can maybe add to the next version of the software:

I disable the software when I'm going to work with my machine. maybe you can add a function wich you can set the ammount of processor speed in % that it may use when it's not at screensaver mode. So that I can put it on 10% for example when i'm working and when the screen saver starts it goes back to 100%
