| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

Of course I believe in extraterrestrial life, but I also believe I will never see any such beings in my whole life.
We might send a beacon; in some way it would possibly connect the different extraterrestrial species of the universe to form a greater community, but since I believe human is bad by nature, I wonder what ETs will be or will react to us.
I like SETI@Home because it makes my computer do something, and if my computer does something, I don't have to work on it to make it worth the thousand dollars I've put into it! |
