| I am a Network Administrator for a small company in northern California. I have a BS in Mechanincal Engineering and have always enjoyed the physical sciences. I enjoy camping, hiking, biking, reading, spending time with my family. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I do believe that extraterrestrial life exists, but I do not believe that we will have any contact with them anytime soon, at least not in the way most people think. I think it would be very interesting if we did though.
I do not believe that we should send a beaocn signal at this point. We need to get our act on earth together first.
I run SETI@home because I like the idea of having my computer do something useful while it's sitting idle. |
