Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
For one the thought that we are the only intelligent things in the universe is not very intelligent. :)

There are so many stars in the universe and around those stars are planets and around those planets moons. To think the chances of no life ever comeing into existence is plain narrow minded.
We came into existance whether it be by devine act or just plain chance.

Well given that we exist gives great chance for something else to exist as well. Life in my opinion is very likely on another planet or moon either less advanced or the same level or further advanced (if they haven't blown themselves up like we could possibly do to ourselves.)

The seti project gives the best hope of catching that stray signal beings as avdanced as us send out even without trying as we talk to one another across the globe or to the ones that go to space to explore our own solor system or to actually catch a signal beings have intentionaly sent out.

Alot of people have narrow views and think we only exist as they have been taught by thier religions this is very sad.

I hope to help in the long run to show the human race that we are not alone in this universe that we exist with a multitude of life be it inteligent or not.
