| Hi there! I've just flown from Brussels Airlines DEL Terminal and it was smooth. Check-in counters were conveniently located, and the ground staff was friendly. Security was on point, and boarding was smooth. The lounge access where applicable was a great addition, providing a sense of relaxation prior to flying. Though the flight itself got off slightly later, the communication was concise. In general, the airline staff appeared professional and friendly. Would fly again from Brussels Airlines with them. Definitely a good choice for Europe-bound travel through Brussels. |
