I am a professional graphic designer with close to 12 years hands on experience in the market.I believe that graphic design as many believe is not art itself as for example painting or dance and music is, but observing the situation and being able to envision the solution for communication is what I consider art.

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. I believe in the power of group versus solo especially when it comes to science. Why running a meaning less screen saver on my precious CPU time while I'm away from my desk while I can dedicate it to help pushing a scientific project to the next level? We all having computers, laptops, cell phone and basically CPU and sensors, why not letting them work for human knowledge when we don't need them?
2. I love SETI idea and became a member as soon as I found about it on the internet on year 2000.
3. I wish to receive some scientific newsletters on SETI results. At least some one should tell me the impact of my Itsy Bitsy CPU participation on the whole project. |
