Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Ad 1 Yes, why should I otherwise offer my computing time? IT's more likely they will discover us. Or probably have already - thousands of years ago and decided to come back some time later... Ad 2 I have no idead of what to send that's in the real sense universally understandable. Ad 3 See above. Heard about it ages ago and thought, what the heck, it can't hurt. Great project, no suggestions.
