| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. Not sure if ET's exist, but that would be way cool if that were the case. As a Christian, I have a lot of theological issues with the possible existence of ET's, and the discovery of such would certainly change a lot of paradigms!
2. I think humans should transmit a beacon. Why not?
3. I run SETI@home mainly because I love the concept of being able to use my computer to help out a larger cause. Plus I'm a science geek and an x-files fan, so it's fun. |
