I am just a regular 'joe six-pack' biologist that enjoys killing time.
I started running SETI@Home for fun, then built my first computer (years ago). It was such a pain in the rear - I decided I would make it work 24/7 until the CPU melted!!! And here we are... still working to find a needle in a universe of needles. Being quite the procrastinator, I am willing to do other things until we get the signal we are waiting for...
Meanwhile, I will be having a cold one by the BBQ! |

| Is ET out there? Probably, but not necessarily interested in finding us. Let's be honest - it's a big universe. I am still glad to be here! If and when we get a signal, I hope the ET's are a happy go-lucky bunch! More than likely, the ET's are busy and have put 'visiting earth' on their to-do list! |
