Personal background
I am a 31 yeas old male web developer/programmer from Pakistan. I run a small software firm along with another friend and also teach some webmaster courses part-time.

Besides computers, I am into music, both listening and playing. Though I'm not a professional musician, I can manage a little of guitars and piano. I also love to compose and sequence music on my PC.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I don't know whether ETs exist but I believe in the great probability of their existence; The universe is bigger than the whole mankind can ever imagine.

The reason I'm participating in this program is the originality of its idea and the cause it's being run for. I really appreciate the efforts of the SETI team and offer my computer to be part of this HUGE venture. I pray for the success of this program and also for the results for which we all have been hoping.

I came to know about SET indirectly through an article posted on cnn.com and I loved the idea. I think SET should put in more efforts and resources to promote this site and the idea. If it were not for cnn.com, may be I'd never have found out.
