| I am 18 and was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I am a senior in high school and getting my A , CCNA, Network , and HTML certifications along with a AP C class by the end of this year. Even with all these certifications, I have only been working with computers for three years. When my father died when I was in 7th grade I tried to find something I liked doing, and three years latter ended up with computers and other computer related tasks. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| When I heard about SETI@home from a friend I was on it that night. I am unsure if there is an ET out there, but when running multi computers, mostly unused at night, why not start running it and helping out a good cause, right? The only thing I would have to say about finding extraterrestrial life is that transmitting a signal is fine, but light waves are faster than radio waves, and even with that we should transmit in as many possible ways know so we hit the whole spectrum. |
