| I'm a 33 year old woman from California and run my own dog-walking business full-time. Growing up in the 90's, media greatly influenced my longing for the world beyond with movies like Contact and television shows like The X-Files (you probably won't find a bigger X-Files fan than me!). I always had my sights set on sky and what lies beyond our solar system, and though I had a very heavy interest in the sciences and tried to study them in college, my sub-par knack for mathematics plus my learning disability led to me simply not making the cut when it came to pursuing higher education and career opportunities in STEM. That's ok, I found my passion in caring for animal life here on earth and will do what little I can to aid those with greater talent and intellect than I. |
