| Personal background |
|---|
I'm a senior flight dispatcher from Europe with virtually 24/7 online presence in the last 15 years using solely my home equipment. A windows pc, a linux server and a linux laptop, not having the top performance, however compensating by being 24/7 online .
Pros: peace, modesty, humanity, traditional blues music (acoustic is the best!), jazz, world music, long walks in nature, craft beer, homegrown food, Nicola Tesla, Emil Cioran, Richard Dawkins, George Carlin, South East Asia etc;
Cons: violence, pollution, ignorance
Nickname comes from Tagalog language, check online if made you curious :)

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

Finding the first signal is just a matter of time. With my modest contribution it will happen a few seconds faster.
SETI@home project is one of the best examples of cooperation without borders. Hopefully its implications will be truly understood by more and more people. |
