I'm working towards finding inner peace. I'm pretty sure I can achieve this either by finding an alien civilization or winning the lottery. My Idea of a good time is hanging out with a nice lady. Anyway I got into this thing just a week ago. I love watching the patterns go down my screen the way some people say they like watching the defragmenter. Anyway, I just wanna say I think all you people are really cool. Peace and Love to you.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I do think in a Universe as vast as ours extraterrestrial life is very probable. But, Getting out of the Solar system to go visiting is going to be very tough.
I think we should set up some kind of beacon or something because if anybody made it here from out there, they could advance our science more quickly than we could on our own. I run seti at home cause It makes me feel like little old me is actually making his humble contribution to science.
