I'm from Earth, currently. I live in the American Midwest, on the outskirts of a large metropolitan city. I've been interested in SETI for so long I can't remember and it doesn't even really matter. I'm happy to be able to contribute to this project.
I run an ASUS Rampage V Editoin 10 board in a Thermaltake cube X3 chassis , with an intel Core i7 6850K CPU is O.C. to 4.08 GHz, and the NVIDIA Strix ASUS 1080Ti makes quick work of tasks. 64GB of DDR4 is overkill, I know. It's all air cooled and runs with the CPU at a 66-68 C° range consistently at 97% load. She's big, and a little noisy at full blast, but she's damn sure ready to get it done. |
