Personal background
Hi, I'm WhiteWulfe, a member of Overclock.net's BOINC team that hails from Northern Alberta, Canada who also happens to be in his mid-thirties. I enjoy a good mug of coffee from freshly ground whole beans (with my favourite being a blend from the isles of Mocha and Java) as well as a wide selection of music many seem to consider odd (gabber and aggrotech being the two biggest ones, although DnB gets a lot of time on my headphones as well), but we all have our own tastes in things ^_^

Given my love of coffee, it would come as no surprise that I work for the office coffee service division of the second largest coffee company in North America, and driving is also a hobby of mine. I used to participate in Winter Autocross events that were held in Southern Alberta, and when I get a vehicle again odds are I'll get back into such as well as rallycross and solo2 autocross/autoslalom.

I have also participated in four of the Pentathlon events (2015-2018) - those were a fun blast! ^_^

While I only run 6-7 threads on a single 4770k (due to using the IGP as well as an MSI GTX 980 Ti Golden Edition for various projects), BOINC runs pretty much 24/7 when I'm not gaming... At some point I will be building up a small cluster of ARM and x86 SBC's for more of a dedicated setup.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
In all honesty? I started running it because of the SETI WoW! event, but also because the thought of discovering another lifeform out there? Why not!

Also because the screensaver is entrancing :P
