I believe SETI is irrelevant now but served its purpose since its development; extraterrestrial found and here on planet current manipulations to include but not limited to:
-Time distortion
-Time travel
-Moving an individual into a different time back and forth to alter history
-Inter-dimensional travel
-Manifesting reality with absurd and unknown inter-dimensional creatures and environments
-Dream manipulations of a vivid nature with interaction
-Knowledge of individuals futures
-Complete control of test subjects and individuals behaviors with extreme pain as repercussion for not doing what is wanted of the individual
-Changing of numbers past, present and future including lottery numbers
-License plate on vehicles active manipulations in current time
-Killing of individuals
-Weather modification and manipulations
-Cochlear implants used in correlation with Radio and Television interference as well as communication interference with other persons through hard lines and cellular lines
-Cellular interference to communicate with individual
-Hard line phone interference to communicate with individual
-Radio transmission interference directly talking to individuals while cycling through AM and FM channels as a means of direct communications with individual
-Television interference talking directly to individual on stations or while cycling through channels as a means of communication
-Satellite interference same as mentioned above
-Element control
-Earthquakes
